Cooking with Essential Oils Jade Lemon and Lime Vitality Chicken Tenders with Roasted Delicata Squash
This is a super easy recipe that has a lot of flavor! It makes a tasty treat on a cool fall night!
For the Chicken:
Chicken breast Tenders
1/4 cup water (enough to cover the bottom of a baking dish)
2 Drops Jade Lemon Vitality
2 Drops Lime Vitality
Sea Salt (Optional)
Put water and oils in baking dish with seasoning. Mix it up. Then add in Chicken Tenders coating both sides and bake at 350 F for 10-20 minutes depending on the thickness and size of Chicken Breast Tenders you have. Use knife to check when done. If you want you can make this up as a marinade the night before and soak chicken in the refrigerator.
For the Delicata Squash:
1 Delicata Squash cut in 3/4 inch slice rings
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
With Delicata Squash you can eat the skin which will get a little crispy so be sure to wash it well before cutting. Slice the Squash and coat with Olive oil Sea Salt (if desired) and pepper on both sides and put in a baking dish. Heat the oven to 400 f and cook for 25 minutes flipping them in the middle to brown both sides.
I like to serve the rings of squash with the Jade Lemon & Lime Vitality Chicken Tenders on top. I hope you enjoy this!
