Cooking with Essential Oils Jade Lemon and Lime Vitality Chicken Tenders with Roasted Delicata Squash

This is a super easy recipe that has a lot of flavor!  It makes a tasty treat on a cool fall night! 

For the Chicken:

Chicken breast Tenders

1/4 cup water (enough to cover the bottom of a baking dish) 

2 Drops Jade Lemon Vitality

2 Drops Lime Vitality

Sea Salt (Optional)

Pepper

Put water and oils in baking dish with seasoning.  Mix it up.  Then add in Chicken Tenders coating both sides and bake at 350 F for 10-20 minutes depending on the thickness and size of Chicken Breast Tenders you have.  Use knife to check when done.  If you want you can make this up as a marinade the night before and soak chicken in the refrigerator.

For the Delicata Squash:

1 Delicata Squash cut in 3/4 inch slice rings

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

With Delicata Squash you can eat the skin which will get a little crispy so be sure to wash it well before cutting. Slice the Squash and coat with Olive oil Sea Salt (if desired) and pepper on both sides and put in a baking dish.  Heat the oven to 400 f and cook for 25 minutes flipping them in the middle to brown both sides. 

I like to serve the rings of squash with the Jade Lemon & Lime Vitality Chicken Tenders on top.   I hope you enjoy this! 

Cooking with oils Essential Paleo Beef & Veggie Soup

Who doesn't love a nice warm and toasty soup to warm the belly and satisfy the soul during the Autumn.  It is a season filled with flavors that a comforting and feel like home!  I made this wonderful soup last night and I can't wait to share the recipe with you!

Adding in Vitality line Essential oils to this wonderful soup helps not only to support your body with all the benefits of these amazing oils but it also gives it a wonderful flavor and spectacular aroma!

Essential Paleo Beef & Veggie Soup

3 Organic Orange Carrots

3 Organic Yellow Carrots

3 Organic White Carrots

3 Organic Purple Carrots

2 Celery sets of Organic Celery Hearts

1 Organic Sweet Onion

24 ounces of Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef

64 ounces Beef Bone Broth

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

2 cloves garlic

1 drop Oregano Vitality Essential Oil

2 drops Basil Vitality Essential Oil

2 drops Black Pepper Vitality Essential Oil

1. Brown your beef and set aside.  I like to drain my meat in a strainer but some use it undrained.
2. Chop onion in medium sized pieces.
3. Slice the rest of the veggies.  Do not make them too big or they will not cook evenly 

4. Put olive oil with chopped garlic the chopped onion in a soup pot. Cook until they start to get clear.

5. Add the carrots in the soup pot with the onions.  Cook until they just get a little tender.
6. Add Celery, beef, and Bone broth.

7. Put drops of Vitality Essential oils in.  (Remember these are stronger flavors then spices a little goes a long ways so you don't want to add more drops.)
8. Simmer on low for 1-2 hours until all veggies are tender and nice.

I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as we have!  This will make a lot!  You can experiment with other veggies if you like!  My hubby likes mushrooms in his and my son likes parsnips!  There are so many possibilities! Yum! So good!

Tree Hugger Essential Oil Blend

Today I was thinking about all the fun we have been having hiking and doing walks as a family. We love being in the out doors and yet love our convenient suburban life too! Being close enough to enjoy natural while being close to my husband work place is a big plus.

When I was thinking about the hikes we did in the old growth forest and at the waterfall I thought about how much I would love to bring that peaceful joyous time into my home so I decided to make a blend of essential oils to diffuse and I called it Tree Hugger because of all the tree hugging we literally did on our old growth hike!

It smelled amazing and really was great while I was cleaning up a bit today! It was like I was bringing the tree diffused sunshine into my home!

What did I add?

1 drop Myrtle Essential Oil
2 drops Cedar Wood Essential Oil
1 drop Cypress Essential Oil
2 drops Tangerine Essential Oil
2 drops Lemon Essential Oil

If you like more of a woodsy scent you can up the Cypress to two drops and it is nice too!

Adding a Little extra Flavor and Wow to AminoWise™

A snack with Heart!

Yum!  Ningxia Wolfberry Snack Hearts!

This super simple recipe will have your mouth watering and your family asking for more!

Ingredients:

5 dates

1/2 cup Pecans

1/2 cup Ningxia Wolfberries divided
1 drop Tangerine Vitality Oil

1/4 cup chopped Macadamia nuts

1Tablespoon Organic Raw Cold pressed Coconut Oil

To begin use a food processor to chop dates.  Once chopped add the pecans in and chop again to fine or slightly coarse if you prefer a little more texture.  Next add half of the Ningxia Wolfberries and chop again.  Then add 1 drop of Tangerine Vitality oil, the rest of the Ningxia Wolfberries, Organic Raw Cold pressed Coconut Oil, and the chopped Macadamia nuts and stir until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Press out on a silicone mat or glass cutting board and cut into shapes.  Then freeze at least 5 minutes so that they set.  After that they are ready to serve!

I hope you will love it as much as my family does! Asher literally did a happy dance when he took a bite and said that on a scale 1-5 it rated 1000!!!  I am going to have to work on scales with him!

No Unicorn Chemicals for us! Chemical Free Unicorn Drink Recipe

Who wants a good for you version of a  Unicorn drink to bless their families socks off with!  Well, here it is!  My family loved loved loved this version!  No artificial chemicals or colors! Made with real fruit, our favorite paleo protein powder (you can use your favorite protein powder), and Jade Lemon Vitality Oil from Young Living!  It is important not to use any old oils that you find in the grocery store or amazon.  They only have to be 5% oils to label as pure so you never know what you are going to get.  Only use 100% pure theraputic Vitality oils that are labeled for ingestion!  This will keep you and your family safe!

Here is how I made it!
First I blended 3/4 cup frozen organic Strawberries 🍓 with 1 & 1/4 cup water 💦 and vanilla bone broth protein powder.
